“I got a back injury from the gym that I normally get periodically when I start to lift heavier and with one massage it was almost completely gone within two days. This injury normally takes me a week to two weeks to recover from. My sleeping position has re-triggered a little bit of tightness again so I will definitely be returning to loosen the muscles again! “I’ve been treated by Natalia and Victoria, and they are both very knowledgeable when it comes to trigger points. I feel so much better after the massage — my lower back is almost pain-free. As Natalia explained, the issue wasn’t actually in my lower back but in another area, and she was absolutely right. I’ve now become their regular client because the results speak for themselves. “I had booked my appointment weeks in advance and even received a confirmation the day prior. However, on the day of the appointment, just a few hours beforehand, I was informed it had been cancelled and that I would need to reschedule. This was extremely disappointing and felt very unprofessional. Additionally, the treatment space is located within a shared office environment, essentially in a cubicle area. During my previous visit, staff were working nearby, which made the setting feel awkward and not conducive to a relaxing massage experience.
