“I had a great experience with Liam. He did a thorough assessment for fitting me with new orthotics. He explained the anatomy of my feet and why orthotics would reduce risks for rolling my ankles and reducing lower back and hip pain. “I came in for a replacement on the ACL band on my GII Unloader extreme. I mentioned that there was a crack on the lower form, which I’ve been dealing with for months. Adrian told me that the brace has a life time warranty and they would repair it for free. I came in for new measurements and 3D modeling from Ryan. My 20+ year old brace came back in 3 weeks looking like it was brand new. Can’t say enough about this company and the people behind it. Fabulous product and service.”Read moreShow less

“My physiotherapist recommended that I visit with Össur in Richmond to have them suggest the appropriate knee brace. After trying on two braces, one quite mechanical and the other more of a pull on sleeve called ‘Formfit Pro Knee’ I chose that one.
