We had such a great experience working with Jordan to fix our newborn’s torticollis and flat spot. Jordan was wonderful with our daughter. She also reassured us and explained everything clearly so we could continue the exercises at home easily. The facilities themselves are also nice and the front desk staff are super friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

My son has been attending Physio services at On the Ball. He looks forward to attending. He has fun but most importantly is building the skills and strength he needs. Physio and assistants are fabulous. Admin staff are very helpful and a delight.

My twins were born at 33 weeks. After a nicu stay, one of the boys was diagnosed with torticollis and plageocephaly. We started working with Melissa at 4 months old. The other twin joined Melissa later to develop his oral motor muscles as he was having some issues. Melissa also worked with both of them on their gross motor function as they grew. A short 14 months later, today, we had our final visit. The boys have graduated from Melissa’s care. I shed a few tears on the way home, reflecting on how far the boys have come, and also a bit of sadness to no longer have appointments with Melissa. Melissa (I hope you see this) is an incredibly patient and positive human being. The boys always enjoyed their visits, and I took so much from being taught how to properly help them at home. Thank you for doing what you do so well. I would recommend Melissa to anyone, any day.

We were really hoping for meaningful support from occupational therapy, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We spent a lot of time during intake explaining our situation in detail, including the challenges of managing twins and our specific concerns. However, once sessions began, it felt like that information wasn’t fully carried forward or meaningfully reflected in the approach. Many of the strategies suggested were very general and similar to what is widely available online. We were expecting more individualized, practical guidance tailored to our family’s situation, especially given the added complexity of two toddlers at the same stage. Our primary concern didn’t feel adequately addressed, and when we raised it, we were told that “these things take time.” While we understand that progress isn’t immediate, we did not see improvement over multiple sessions, and in some ways things became more difficult. Some recommendations also didn’t feel realistic for our current capacity—for example, suggestions that require a level of energy, coordination, and outing readiness that is difficult to manage while severely sleep-deprived and caring for twins. Overall, we were looking for more personalized, actionable support and clearer direction. This experience did not meet those expectations.

I found this centre on my own after a neonatologist suggested my infant see a physiotherapist, and I know I made the right choice! Staff are all so great with kids of all ages, facilities are clean and cheerful. When our paediatrician asked where we were going, she told me unprompted it’s known as a great program! We are continuing to see Nadine and she’s been essential to helping my baby make progress.

Kristi is amazing with my infant son—kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She makes every session comfortable and effective, and we’ve seen great progress. Highly recommend!

Kristi Striegler is s an amazing physiotherapist. She’s been working with my son for couple of years now and I am beyond grateful for her unique ability to engage kids in the exercises with excitement.

Nadine was wonderful! She spoke directly to my daughter and really made her feel included in the process. My daughter had the chance to share her own concerns, and I felt equally heard and understood about what I was hoping to achieve. Nadine made the next steps clear and completely attainable for a 10-year-old. We both left feeling encouraged and supported — I’m really looking forward to continuing our sessions!

Kristi has been working with our daughter since she was just 4 months old, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her. She is the kindest, always gives our daughter short snuggles to help her settle, and has such a calm and reassuring presence. This past year has been very stressful for our family — we weren’t sure what our daughter’s future was going to hold. Thanks to Kristi and my daughters hard work, guidance and encouragement, she is now 14 months old and sitting independently! Kristi has given our whole family so much hope. She celebrates every milestone with us and makes what has been a scary process feel positive and encouraging. We feel so lucky to have her as part of our daughter’s journey and would recommend her to any family looking for a caring, knowledgeable physiotherapist.

Emily was brilliant in her mannerism and technique, my daughter felt safe, heard and respected and managed to talk calmly about things that would normally cause her massive duress. Whatever she is doing, she is the first one to reach my daughter without causing tears and panic. So very grateful!
