“I came for a 90 minute hot stone/deep tissue massage with Evelyn and had an amazing experience. Evelyn is thorough, kind, warm and has great humour. I felt so at peace with her and appreciated our little talks throughout sharing bits about our lives. Her knowledge of the body is also fantastic and the space she created was lovely. Omega is a beautiful little sanctuary. Peaceful vibes with very kind and competent therapists. Mellisha (the owner) is an amazing human and healer who I’ve had the gift of getting to know. 12/10 highly recommend !”

“I’ve been a client at Omega Massage for 15 years. So, obviously, I’m a fan. The owner, Mellisa is a natural born healer. Intuitive, thorough, mindful. The therapeutic piece is definitely there. But more, she really makes it an experience by getting you present in the moment with words, sound and vibration. She’s multi-disciplinary as well: Lomi Lomi, Reiki, and she mentioned she’s doing some Cranial-Sacral training as well. She also manages to put together a great team. I’ve been to a number of her people over the years and they never fail to impress. She’s careful in choosing her team, and it shows. The location is a little office, small and friendly. There’s limited free parking out front on 19th if you can find a spot. There’s pay parking in the attached lot. If you don’t mind waking a block, there’s 2-hour street parking on 15th Street.”

I really appreciate that she shares her knowledge and expertise with me. She recommends exercises/stretches that would help me with my overall health and well being.
