“I booked prenatal massages with CYNTHIA in Oakville. She is so good at what she does. After every session I’ve felt so relaxed and great. At the end of every session she also gives me updates on how I’m doing and what I can do to feel better during pregnancy; good tips and advices. She’s so nice and friendly. “I had an appointment at Oak Physio & Wellness today for my knee pain, and I was very impressed with the care I received. Leon Lee is highly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. He performed a thorough assessment to identify the exact source of my pain rather than simply treating the symptoms. He clearly explained his findings, developed a personalized recovery plan, and provided exercises using an elastic resistance band to help strengthen my knee and support long-term recovery. “I recently tried chiropractic treatment and was very satisfied with the experience. I felt a bit nervous at first, but the Dr.Kristy was friendly and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable right away. The treatment was tailored to my condition and done very carefully. After the session, my body felt much lighter and the stiffness I had been dealing with was noticeably reduced. In particular, the discomfort in my neck and lower back improved a lot, making my daily life much easier.
