“I just had what was supposed to be a Foot Reflexology appointment and that was an awful experience, I am still shocked. I booked online an hour before the appointment, got an email that it got confirmed, and when I got there they were not aware that I was booked in. I work front desk too so I understand that it happens, but when we got in the treatment room the massage therapist asked me to fully undressed for my full body massage, and I had to remind her that it was just for a foot reflexology treatment. I was already getting a feeling that I would not be getting the treatment that I booked. The door was opened the entire hour, and I could hear the other employees walking nearby with music on their phone... But I am just so confused ... my feet were barely touched during the sixty minutes treatment. . My calves were vigorously massaged for half of the treatment, a solid ten minutes was her sitting on my butt and massaging my back (I had to ask to stop because that is not what I came to get) and the rest was a bit my feet. I am so confused as I am training to be a reflexology student myself. Foot were barely touched, no reflexology sticks were used. Now, when I filled the form prior to coming in, I specified that I have an hypermobility disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It became apparent that the massage therapist did not read my form, as they were not even aware I was coming. I am normally happy to explain, but I don't think she would have understood me as she seemed to be speaking little English... All that to say: the massage therapist was not aware of my condition, there was no way for me to explain it to her, and I got a treatment that not only was not what I booked but it damaged my body. Because of my hypermobility disorder I have fragile joints and ligaments, she should have never been sitting on my butt and doing deep stretchy mouvement all over my hips, pelvis floor, back and shoulders. I had to ask her to stop. She said she would do my upper body ''just a little bit'' to see if I want to come back next time and get a full body massage. I felt like the massage therapist did not know what she was doing. It felt like a melting pot of several types of treatments. I was feeling so bad after the treatment that I did not have the courage to say something at the front desk, because it is just next to the employees staff room and I could see the massage therapist through the glass window. I just wanted to leave quickly as I wanted to cry. I am so shocked and confused. This is my first bad review ever, as this is about my health. I am feeling angry that I had to pay for that. One good thing: everybody was really nice and sweet, and that is why I still left a 10$ tip.”Read moreShow less

“I had an amazing experience with Tong! The Thai massage was absolutely incredible relaxing, rejuvenating, and done with real skill and care. Tong is extremely professional and clearly knows what they’re doing, making you feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. What really stood out to me is how friendly and kind Tong is. “No technique, no professionalism whatsoever. In my opinion, it's a total rip-off. I've never been so anxious for it to end. It was incredibly uncomfortable. The "masseuse" clearly didn't know what she was doing and just ran her hands over my back. I felt like I wasted my time and money. The place is awful. In short, I absolutely do not recommend it.
