“I went to Nova Physiotherapy with shoulder and arm pain from an injury, and my range of motion was quite limited due to the pain. Seema treated me over two sessions using electrotherapy and other targeted treatments, and she also taught me specific stretching exercises to do at home. The improvement was noticeable very quickly, and the treatment was very effective. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how focused the sessions were.
