CANCELLATION/SICK POLICY: A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of their appointment fee, and less than 24hrs notice the full appointment fee. If you are sick, we require 4hrs notice before your appointment. Please keep everyone healthy and do not come to your appointment if you have any symptoms of a cold or flu.

Pregnancy Massage: Prenatal massage offered is similar to a regular treatment, with a few adjustments for positioning and safety. “After starting pelvic floor physiotherapy, I realized how much it means for every woman. I received help I couldn't even have imagined. Northwood Pelvic Floor Clinique provides a wonderfully convenient service. All staff are very polite and friendly, and the atmosphere is warm. Kendra is simply fantastic — very knowledgeable, positive, and gentle. She supported me and helped me feel at ease with my concern.
