“Northern Serenity Wholeness is truly a special place; one that offers a wide variety of services and experiences designed to nurture healing, growth, and connection. I have personally benefited from activities such as the Cacao Ceremony, Meditation, Sound bath, Breathwork, Reiki Activation, SOMA, Spinal Energetic, Cord Cutting, Bungy Fitness and Nature Walk. There is something for everyone, no matter where you are on your personal journey. The diversity of activities makes it easy to explore different paths to wellness, both physically and emotionally. Many of the workshops and activities are offered in collaboration with local women, which adds a beautiful sense of community and authenticity. I’ve had the pleasure of attending creative workshops such as macramé, festive wreath crafting, jewelry making, and even fabricating natural lip glosses and creams. These experiences not only spark creativity but also foster meaningful connections in a supportive, welcoming environment. The centre provides a safe space to share, heal, and grow. Through activities like breathwork, I was able to dig deep, and release buried emotions, promoting healing for both mind and body. Cord cutting helped me let go of emotions that no longer served a purpose in my life, while the cacao ceremony gently opened my heart and allowed me to move forward with love. The ho’oponopono session offered powerful guidance on forgiveness, toward me and others, bringing clarity and inner peace. Nature walks have helped me reconnect with Mother Earth, reminding me of the peace and beauty found in simple pleasures. Through the Heartfelt Journey classes, I’ve gained clarity, worked through emotions, and found harmony in moving forward with greater self-awareness. After each activity, I leave feeling lighter, more positive, and more aligned. Ann and the other women who facilitate activities are incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuine. Their presence creates a calming, nurturing atmosphere that makes everyone feel seen and valued. I’ve also found daily inspiration and support through Ann’s deck of Oracle cards, which have become a meaningful part of my routine. This wellness centre has helped me grow, find myself, and discover a community of like-minded women. I’ve formed beautiful friendships and experienced a deep sense of peace and belonging here. Although I haven’t yet taken advantage of all the services offered, I truly look forward to exploring even more in the new year. “Moving to Kapuskasing 15 months ago allowed me to start a transformative healing journey. A journey that started with trying to understand how to balance and navigate life with 2 young children, one of which is non-verbal austic, getting her started in school and not returning to work full time. Has turned into finding inner peace, healing childhood trauma I didnt know I had and believeing in my higher self, in my power again; at a beautiful Sanctuary that offers something for every aspect of healing. Since I started going to Northern Serenity Wholeness I have had the pleasure of attending powerful session that include meditation, reki healing, breathwork, sound baths, cacao ceremonies and intuitive art classes. Her knowledge and understanding has inspired me. Today, I had the privilege of having a one on one with Ann who is so warm, inviting, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. She did a shamanic aura healing ritual and a negative emotional cord cutting ritual. Both were a powerful, liberating experience that left me feeling at peace within. Feeling new, feeling light, feeling like this is where I am ment to be in my life. I highly recommend Northern Serenity Wholeness to anyone who is trying to find answers.
