“At my age, I have worked with several physiotherapists. Moatassem Kenaan helped me through two painful injuries and was exceptionally good to work with. Four things helped me to not just recover, but to be in better shape than I was before. First, the exercises were always at the right level. I felt that I could manage them, so I was more likely to do, rather than avoid, them. The increase in the level of challenge over the weeks kept me engaged because I could feel progress. The second thing was that Moatassem did not need to see me every week, so I had to discipline myself to keep exercising. That habit has stayed with me, I am happy to say. The third was his encouragement. The fourth was Moatassem himself. He was great to work with and I highly recommend him. There is also something very special about this Neurochanger and that is the staff and corporate culture. My husband has been going here since his stroke. It is clear that everyone really cares about each client. Karen, Amanda and Erin have become essential parts of our care team and we are so lucky to know them!”Read moreShow less

“By far the best clinic in Durham. Dr.Mariusz is phenomenal and his service is exceptional. I cannot say enough great things about him and the clinic itself. The head secretary Karen is an absolute joy and pleasure to deal with. Amanda Dean is a wonderful massage therapist, extremely personable, attentive, very kind and caring. “I can’t recommend Neurochangers enough! From the moment I walked in, the experience was flawless. Karen, the front desk receptionist, was absolutely lovely. She is so polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. You can tell she takes pride in her work—she was quick, efficient, and extremely helpful with everyone who came in. Her positive energy is contagious and really sets the tone for the entire visit. I had a massage with Amanda, and wow, she was fantastic! Not only is she sweet and easy to talk to, but she also made sure to explain everything she was doing during the session. Her technique was amazing, and I left feeling so much better.
