“I had a great experience with my massage therapist. From the moment I arrived, he was very welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. He really listened to my concerns and tailored the massage exactly to my needs, focusing on the areas that needed the most attention. “I had a massage this week, it was my first time here, I saw Madeline. The experience made me wonder about all the massages I have ever had in the past (in a good way). The techniques felt a bit uncomfortable at first, a wee bit of pain (nothing too crazy, so i stuck with it), and I was thinking hmm I don’t know if I like this. But I felt a full surrender by the end of my massage, it was very powerful. I could actually feel the stimulation of circulation and lymphatic movement. I know this sounds dramatic but I left thinking, wow, so this is what a real massage should feel like. It was honestly very eye-opening and I am so grateful for my experience so I wanted to share. Sometimes we have an idea of what a massage “should” feel like and maybe that can hinder us a bit and perhaps not really be as productive for our body. “Ligaya shares a vast knowledge of the inter- connectivity of your body’s muscle, bones and fascia while working those areas it feels like a mutual exploration. As a result you are better able to identify areas of pain for what they are and use the knowledge gained to treat them. “The space is clean and comfortable. All considerations were made for a relaxing experience. I received a 75 minute massage from Michael - he was very welcoming and easy to speak to. I was impressed with his knowledge of the issues I was having with my back and he listened intently as I described it. Then we spent the majority of the time working on my trouble area.
