I’m very pleased with the physiotherapy care I received. Gordon conducted a very thorough assessment, explained everything in a clear and reassuring way, and demonstrated a deep level of knowledge about my condition. What stood out most was how helpful he was — offering practical exercises, answering all my questions, and making sure I understood how to manage things at home. I felt listened to, understood, and well taken care of. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for effective and compassionate physiotherapy. Excellent experience overall.

Kanwar is an excellent physiotherapist who genuinely understands the specific needs of runners. He helped me navigate a tailored recovery plan that got me back on track quickly and improved my overall running longevity. His insights into injury prevention and active recovery are top-notch. Anyone looking to support their training and recovery should definitely book with him.

Had multiple sessions with Kanwar both before and after my races! I got injured a few times due to running and he helped me understand the mechanics of running and suggested specific exercises and stretches to help me run injury free. I’d recommend him to other runners as well

I’m personally really disappointed in my session with Kanwar and wouldn’t recommend him for runners. I feel like the lack of information and guidance moving forward was honestly, irresponsible. I had to redirect the conversation back to my injury from small talk a lot and ask basic physio questions, and was left with a lot of important information not addressed. He told me the same as ChatGPT, that my injury is either shin splints or a stress fracture but he couldn’t help me deduce which and struggled with all many of my follow-up questions - I get that I need to deload, but he just said to go down from 5-6 days to 3 days and on a track. What volume? No talk of weekly mileage, just a green light to still run just less - but I’m an ultra runner, I can easily overdo this, what are indicators to stop that day? Why did this happen? How do I prevent it? I’ve never had those ones ignored. He said there wouldn’t be much difference in recovery approach between to two - but from my research the healing timeline is usually quite different, and I have a race in 9 weeks. I kept asking for more specifics, what should my recovery look like besides running less? He said everyone wants a magic cure (not my question?) I asked if needling will help - he answered he doesn’t have enough experience to be allowed to do needling - respectfully, that also wasn’t my question. He should know if it will help and be fine referring me to someone better suited to help me if it will. Lastly, I already do the two exercises routinely that he showed me. When he was going to show one on the step, but I said i don’t have a step at home but I’ll go to the gym, he didn’t show me it since “he wants me to actually do them”? If it will help me heal and run my ultra I’ll do the damn exercises. Long story short, I came in obviously passionate and intense about my sport with an injury that has the potential to really set me back and I was not given much information, care, or help at all. :( half my benefits gone for that.

I came in to Myo because I had a hip in jury and I couldn’t walk. I was so afraid that I wasn’t going to be able to keep long distance running, but Kanwar Grewal had me walking without pain within a week, and I was back to running within a couple of weeks. He’s a very knowledgeable and passionate practitioner with a very warm, friendly and relatable persona. I trust him entirely and I’m so thankful that I found such a solid and reliable physiotherapist. He has helped me so much. Would highly recommend.

I recently started working with Kanwar. He is very easy to talk to and enthusiastically educates me on my injuries and the healing process. I highly recommend as he can remove any concerns you may have. I actually started meeting Jessie for physiotherapy back in 2018. She is also truly exceptional and I have been coming back ever since. Both practitioners are down to earth and dedicated. I have learned and recovered a lot over the years thanks to them. I now only consider Myodetox for my needs.

I started seeing Kanwar since January to heal a rotator cuff injury, and the experience has been seamless from day one. From the initial assessment to ongoing sessions, everything has felt structured, professional, and genuinely tailored to my needs. He took the time to really understand what was going on, explained the root cause clearly, and created a treatment plan that actually made sense. I never felt rushed, and every session felt intentional and productive. The exercises were practical, easy to follow, and focused on long-term results rather than quick fixes. I’ve noticed real improvement in my mobility and overall pain levels since starting, and I feel more confident moving and training again. The clinic environment is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which makes the whole process even smoother. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a physio who’s knowledgeable, attentive, and focused on getting you back to performing at your best.

My experience at Myo Chinatown has been excellent. Constance is incredibly professional, kind, and detail-oriented in her approach to treatment. She took the time to understand my previous injuries and worked with me to improve mobility in my index finger, reduce tension in my wrist, and build strength and stability in my ankle and midfoot. I’ve felt real progress and always leave feeling supported and cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality, personalized care.

Myo front desk is always great, friendly and easy for booking and payments. I see Constance for physio and Ashley for massage and both are highly skilled and very helpful. No guff, I feel the best I've ever felt from visiting them both. Highly recommend. The space is also very clean, they have change rooms and a nice sized waiting area. (some pads on the waiting benchs wouldn't be the worst idea though). 10/10 Highly recommend.

Working with Constance has been such a positive experience, and I’m so grateful for her care. She combines strong clinical knowledge with a thoughtful, attentive approach. Whether I’m dealing with a specific injury or more general movement issues, she always takes the time to look at the full picture and tailor her treatments. She’s helped me with things I didn’t even realize could be treated, and I really appreciate how she balances evidence-based practice with creativity when something a bit more personalized is needed. I leave sessions feeling supported and genuinely better in my body so I can get back to the activities I love doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!
