“I went to “Moves You Physiotherapy” for neck pain. There I took a session with physiotherapist Puloma Kaushal. I highly recommend her. She really knows what she’s doing and takes the time to understand the problem before starting treatment. I felt a noticeable improvement after my session. The treatment was effective, and I left feeling much better. I was so impressed with my experience that I also took my husband to see her for his ongoing knee pain. She assessed his condition thoroughly and started him on a treatment and exercise routine tailored to his needs. He also felt significant relief after his session. Puloma is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping her patients recover. We are both very happy with the care we’ve received.”Read moreShow less

“I can’t say enough good things about Moves You Physiotherapy. The whole team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, you feel taken care of from the start. Michelle is exceptional. She truly takes the time to listen, ask detailed questions, and do proper assessments before building your treatment plan. Nothing feels rushed, and you can tell she really cares about getting to the root of the issue, not just treating symptoms. She’s very knowledgeable, highly experienced, and genuinely caring. After six sessions, I saw real results and feel so much better. I highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for personalized, high-quality care.”Read moreShow less

“I came to Moves you Physiotherapy with a swear pain in my ribes, backbone and neck. I was in pain whenever I walked or moved in certain ways. The first treatment I received from physiotherapist was excellent. They listened very carefully to my account of symptoms, asked questions. examined me and set about a course of treatment. They told me that they will give me exercises to do at home. Considering this first experience, I will certainly continue receiving all the subsequnt treatments from Moves You Physiotherapist. The office staff is friendly and helpful and appointments are on time. I highly recommend Moves you Physiotherapy.”Read moreShow less

“Moves You Physiotherapy has been helping me manage a condition I recently developed in my jaw—TMJ. It’s a very painful issue that makes chewing difficult and causes significant stiffness. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. The receptionist is incredibly kind—she even meets me at the back door for my early 8 a.m. appointments since the building doesn’t open until 9. She’s always friendly and great to talk to. My therapist, Jyoti Samrat, is patient, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to clearly explain each treatment, suggests helpful exercises to do at home, and truly listens to any concerns. If you’re looking for physiotherapy, I highly recommend Moves You Physiotherapy”Read moreShow less

“Michelle Gibson (owner) has hand-picked a hell of a winning therapy team. She herself is an intuitive compassionate physiotherapist who has different specialties under her belt but there are also (and in no specific order other than alphabetical) Andrew, Farzaneh, Jyoti, and Puloma Each of them live up to the clinic's mission statement (read on wall); listen with kindness and curiosity; and assess and deliver with compassion which results in receiving the most beneficial treatment every patient deserves. I have ongoing physio treatment for MSK-related injuries and attend Clinical Pilates for vestibular symptoms. I hugely recommend trying Clinical Pilates for those who want to feel connected, empowered, strong and confident IN their body.”Read moreShow less

“Great experience. The assessment was professional and focused on the real source of the issue, not just the symptoms. I’ve seen steady improvement in mobility and muscle tension since starting treatment. The team is friendly and genuinely cares. I really appreciated the videos they sent me, very professional and helpful for doing the exercises correctly at home. Highly recommend.”Read moreShow less
