“Compassion and understanding. Jamie has worked with me to bring me back from an injury that went for too long misdiagnosed. I had a bulging disc in my lower back that was somewhat crippling. I was walking with a cane and could barely sit-down for very long. He listened to my concerns and worked with me to design a work out regime. He was accepting of other work out options (yoga), and tailored things as we went along. I am now walking without a cane and rebuilding my core to prevent future issues. Thanks Jamie.”
