“I have found all the staff at MJ Physio friendly and positive. My physiotherapist is very helpful with good advice on exercises I should do to reduce my knee pain over time as well as the effective use of the machines and devices. “went to this Physio a while ago for some knee pain . They put a device on my knee that warmed and vibrated, then left me alone for about 30 minutes. That was the whole visit. Honestly, not worth it. I recommend finding a more reliable physiotherapist .”
