“I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS….. however, I booked an appt last week with the owner Jenny for a massage and it was unclear which location she would be at - Mend or 2 doors down. I went back and forth waiting at both until after my appt time not seeing anyone that could help me. I emailed Jenny about where she was, left, and still have not gotten a response. Update: No response to my missed appointment. I did however get randomly added in for a new appointment that I did NOT book the next week. I got several reminders for the appointment to which I emailed and called to try to stop them. Radio silence. Then, I got a call from her the day of the appt that I didn’t book and she said she would be running late for it. I explained I DID NOT book this appointment and I believe she lied and said it was accidentally booked on their end. This place really messed me around and was so unprofessional. “Extremely grateful for Dr.Steve Gate . Years ago I suffered an injury playing with my kids. I ignored it and thought it would go away on its own. After over a year I finally decided it needed attention. After just 3 visits I was back to normal. My only regret was not going back sooner. Fast forward 2 years later and I had a fall on some black ice. My back hurt immediately. This time I didn't hesitate and went right to Steve. Already 2 sessions later and I'm feeling so much better and already back to lifting weights with no pain. Honestly, if you have any ailment make the appointment. Very happy with the service. “I'm not impressed at all.... My boyfriend made my appointment for me and he got the dates mixed up. It was for 11:30am they didn't call me until noon to tell me I'm missing my appointment. When I talked to the guy on the phone he was kind of rude I told him I could race down there he said ok. I live in Burlington I told him this place is in Waterdown so he knew it would take me more then five minutes to get there. He said yes come in I made it there in ten minutes and when I got there he said well now you only have 15 minutes. I'm like excuse me. I drove all the way there when he could of told me on the phone that he couldn't do it anymore. I run a big warehouse and I work extremely hard during the week so I'm exhausted on the weekends so for him to tell me to come in then when I get there deny me is ridiculous. It was a waste of my time my gas everything. It was almost like he was happy to make me drive all the way down here for nothing. I will never come back to this place ever. This all could have been avoided if he didn't tell me to come down he guaranteed me that I would get treated and then denied me when I got to the door. I'm extremely upset that I'm sitting in the parking lot in water down when I didn't even have to come here because he never had the time even when he talked to me on the phone he knew he didn't have the time so he just made me come here for no reason. Honestly people I would not recommend this place to anyone there's a thousand different ways that could have been dealt with not to make somebody fly down there and rush to get here to deny them at the door. “I needed an urgent appointment for my sudden knee pain onset the day before my daughter’s wedding. I booked online with Ryan and he was God sent! He surreptitiously observed my movements and immediately honed on the problem. He took his time and, thankfully, was direct in his communication and in his treatment. “Gord (RMT) is absolutely amazing! I go every 6 weeks and he has helped my aches and stiff muscles so much. I've only met 1 other staff member, Jenny and she is so kind as well! Very clean facilities, calm ambiance. Definitely check them out!!”

“Love Mend and everyone who works there!! Can't say enough about Steve. He is hands down the best chiropractor around. He makes treatment doable and convenient, were as chiros I've had in the past made me feel like I needed to be there every week or they wouldn't see me. Plus he has great bed side manner and is very personable. He fits me in last minute and even on his days off! Jenny is a world class RMT with super human powers (hands). I'm so grateful she came into my life and so is my neck and back! When Jenny is not available (because amazing people book up fast) I know I am set to see anyone else at Mend because the whole team is exceptional at what they do. “Sabrina is a personable, caring, and detailed-oriented holistic aromatherapist, reflexologist and massage aromatherapist. She has a background in science and knows the field like no other. She has helped me tremendously where doctors, specialists and nutritionists have not been able to, through creating essential oil blends and helping me form new routines. The massages are incredible, and the reflexology will surprise you! It is incredibly effective, and I felt a difference ten minutes after my first session. If you are worried about the cost, contact her—she can help you figure out if you’re covered!
