“Communication is unclear. I won a massage but they wouldn’t let me get it without signing up for a 3 month membership, & when I tried to cancel the membership they were unclear about using my hours for couples massages, costing me an extra $200.”

“Great experience overall. Lin was the best, she treated the areas indicated by me and added a touch of spa feel. it is a very much spa experience, but with the expertise of an rmt. i opered for a membership and added some extras in top (face massage in my case fir the first treatment, but they have more). these extras were very convenient, aroun only 10 extra bucks. just so you know they are added within the time if your initial massage interval. The prices are very competitive and again, if you have benefits, you can use them in a more spa-like place I love also that they have more locations around calgary and usa.”Read moreShow less

“The girls at the front desk are amazing! Always cheery and helpful. I've had 3 different therapists since joining this specific location and all were exceptional. Miss Chris though”

“This company is a mess and it starts at the top. I was asked to go elsewhere today due to complaints I've made at 2 locations I've used (which were valid complaints). I made the mistake of going into this location 2 days ago to see Rose. She didn't work on my neck even though that was the 1st area I told her I needed help with. She stopped after 50 mins saying that's all she does in a 60 min session (less than other therapists I've seen). When I told her she didn't work on my neck, she said we were done and left! On top of that, I had to get her to go over my back and shoulders a 2nd time as what she did wasn't deep tissue massage. I didn't feel anything. I told the so called 'manager' Ola afterwards (who's incompetent and shouldn't be dealing with people), but she wouldn't listen or discount the massage cost. Then she had the nerve to complain to her boss about me, who ended my membership. That's fine with me. This company is full of inexperienced/incompetent therapists. I only found 2 good ones. I stayed as long as I did because I found 1 who was very good. Before I found her last year, a girl caused injury to my neck at Signal Hill. They're lucky I have a history which would make any legal claim difficult. There are much better run clinics in Calgary, with qualified people!”Read moreShow less

“I have gone to this location about 5 times before and always had positive experiences but this time was different. My masseuse was very good- although he only gave me a 75 minute massage when I had booked a 90 minute treatment. When I told the front desk this, the two staff people told me that it was 80 minutes hands on, leaving 5 minutes before and after. I had never experienced that before. Also I was 5 minutes late, and had phoned to tell them. But still, it was a 75 minute treatment. In addition, I had been quoted $129 over the phone for a 90 minute massage and was charged $200 (the non-member rate). The fact that there was no polite apology for either of these issues was very disappointing. They even looked up my history telling g me I had been there before and that was the price I had paid. Honestly, with the amount of information I deal with on a daily basis, I did not remember this and simply went with the quoted price over the phone. So sadly, with the poor treatment from the front desk staff I won’t go there again. The masseuses are great but the people who worked at the desk were sharp in their attitude which I do not appreciate given the fact that I am a repeat customer.”Read moreShow less

“First, they emailed me saying they need me to come in 15 minutes proper to my appointment to accommodate OTHER appointments. I let that one slide. When I walked in a few minutes to my appointment time, I felt very rushed. As I was taking off my shoes, she mentioned we only have 2 minutes left and need to get everything done- not a great relaxing start. The masseuse was very kind, and I won’t take that away. I mentioned at first I just want to work on my upper back as that’s been giving me issues. She maybe spent approximately 20 minutes on my upper back. When she kept massaging my arms and legs, I mentioned AGAIN just to concentrate on my upper back. I was turned over, and when she started working on my legs again, I asked her to please concentrate on my upper back to which she felt the need to finish my legs. She spent a bit of time on my traps to which she then felt the need to massage my arms again. I am EXTREMELY disappointed as this is out of pocket money as I do not have insurance. She gave me the first time appointment charge which slightly helped and then asked if I wanted to book another appointment (hoping it would be discounted or something else offered for another appointment) but I clarified it would still be full price. I then received a text stating that she charged me the wrong price still. I am still in disbelief that this was my experience and nothing was done correctly all the way to the payment. I truly hope no one else goes through what I went through especially because this was not a cheap visit.”Read moreShow less

“Best customer service from staff ‘Shev’ were too professional and kind, he answered all my questions and my therapist Sewani she was so helpful as she explained everything through out our session and helped me with some water after my session and provided me with some stretching exercises to help me with my lower back pain, it’s always a good thing to have a massage therapist at least once a month.”Read moreShow less

“I wasn’t thrilled. For the very expensive price of almost $160 for 90 minutes. I expect 90 minutes and it was almost 15 minutes short. When I asked the front desk she actually said they leave five minutes on either side so an hour massage is only 50 minutes, etc. I was disappointed in that. Then i should take my minutes divide by 160 and only pay 75 mins. That would seem fair no? I have had lots of massages never have i heard if this on purpose short change of time. Also, during my massage apparently the staff room was next-door (Lynn said to me that it was the staff room) and all I could hear was loud chattering and laughing almost the whole entire time. Now, while I’m very happy that people are having a good time, It was extremely noisy. Not the time or place. Poor mannerisms during a what was supposed to be relaxing, peaceful experience. I could hear the whole entire conversation, so my $160 massage was not only short changed for time, but it wasn’t relaxing. I was disappointed and I won’t be back for that kind of money.”Read moreShow less
