“I paid extra for a package and unfortunately as others have shared she was unprofessional, late, and rude. She has a new location. She said she would cover the neck first, then said that wasn’t included. She gets quite rude if you’re asking questions or advocating for yourself. She zapped my hair line then denied it. I also question if she is a qualified esthetician. Do not book here, I would not recommend. Fix the unprofessionalism.”Read moreShow less

“Very unprofessional experience. I bought a facial through Groupon, but she kept me waiting for a long time, was rude and dismissive, and then charged me an extra $20 because she said Groupon didn't give her enough compensation. The service didn't match what was advertised at all. I’ve also seen other reviews with similar complaints. I do not recommend this place. (UPDATE) Hello, I would like to clarify a few things, because what you mentioned is not accurate. First, I went to the address you sent me right away, but you never provided the unit number. I was left waiting for about 30 minutes before you finally responded. After I reached the correct unit, I still had to wait another 30 minutes. I manage my time very carefully, and being kept waiting for so long, especially outside in the rain, was very disrespectful. Second, I was never “happy” about the service. I was simply being polite, which is the minimum level of respect anyone should show. Your comments about my skin and face were rude and insensitive, and they made me feel uncomfortable. Politeness should not be confused with satisfaction. Third, regarding the extra $20: I told you from the begging before booking that I purchased a Groupon. If there was going to be any additional charge, it should have been clearly mentioned beforehand. Adding unexpected fees during the appointment is not acceptable. If you are unhappy with how Groupon manages discounts, then it would be better not to promote your services there rather than placing that burden on customers. My intention is not to be rude. “STAY FARRRRRRRRR AS POSSIBLE It has been one year since you permanently left a huge scar on my face. Life has never been the same. I have to wear a head scarf to cover my horrible scar caused by your negligence. One year of no sun exposure to the area, and using the best of products recommended by dermatologist, I spent over 5000CAD trying to get this scar off my face, laser, creams, dermabrasion, dermatologist visits, etc. Pico laser has been the only thing to help me so far, slowly, but it is effective. You cost me so much money because pico laser per session is roughly $350 and i have been doing it monthly since last year December in order to get the scar off my face that you created. Also, your chemical peels also damaged my skin further. You damaged my face, had no care or remorse, and also had the audacity to tell me that my after care was poor and thats why I have a scar on my face. Are you actually serious? The moment of coolsculpting, the machine got stuck to my chin and you took atleast 10 minutes to get it off. It was painful, how does that even happen? Immediately after the procedure the area turned red and that set night it was completely black. Two days later the skin peeled off. THIS IS YOUR FAULT, SO PLEASE DO NOT SAY I DID SOMETHING WRONG. You are quick to throw the blame on me when clearly you do not know what you are doing. I hope no one ever has to go through what you put me through. You should have been paying for the treatments I am going through to get the scar off my face that YOU did. It's also a huge scar, not a minor scarring. Also you after you damaged my face you immediately got amnesia because you dont remember damaging my skin, stop casting blame and own up to your negligence. I will keep posting about my horrible experience and I have all proof and messages to post as well if you need a reminder....YOU damaged my face, YOU are to blame. “I found her spa on group on , Lulu is exceptionally awesome . My skin desperately needed some TLC! I went in for micro needling, she uses numbing cream which had minimal pain. Very friendly and professional. She explained throughout the process and showed all the products that were being used with brand new needles.
