“I had an incredible experience at Lucky Charm Massage Therapy with Jack. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Jack is not only highly skilled but also extremely professional. His technique is outstanding — he’s very strong, yet knows exactly how to balance that strength with the right amount of precision and care. He took the time to understand the areas I needed the most work on and tailored the massage to meet my needs perfectly. I could feel the tension and stress melting away throughout the session. His knowledge of the body and attention to detail really shows, and you can tell he takes pride in providing the best possible experience for his clients. What I especially appreciated was how he checked in during the session to make sure the pressure was right, and his ability to adjust on the spot was impressive. By the end, I felt completely rejuvenated, relaxed, and energized at the same time. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who is both strong and skilled, I can’t recommend Jack enough. “I loved my session and treatment which i received, I recommend to go to Deep Tissue Tuina with “Kate C” which was amazing I would give her full 5 star but i have to give 1 star because of the fraud that is happening. Let me explain,first time trying here,i booked online for this service, then i called to make sure that they accept insurance, they said yes but you have to pay here completely then claim it yourself, i said ok I had amazing 90 min session, i went to the cash desk, after tax was 145$ , i was so happy so i added 22% tip , i payed 175$ Then i asked the receipt to do the claim for coverage, they said “ you didn’t book with RMT so there is no insurance coverage for that”!! I said it didn’t mention anywhere in your website that there won’t be coverage!!! No where. She checked and said yes unfortunately no where mentioned, sorry about that, next time book with RMT !!!!! Girl! I have 85% massage coverage! I always pay around 30$ !!! You guys made me pay 175$ !!!!! It’s literally stealing !!! I’m so angry that I played it nice and left the office!! I should stay and ask for my money I’m so sorry that they didn’t keep that amazing experience stay amazing in my head ! “We just happened to stumble up on this place. This is one of the best reflexology experiences that either of us have ever gotten — the pressure was great, the tempo was amazing, and we left feeling like Jell-O! Our two attendants were Bella and Emily — both of us agree that we would (in a heartbeat) go back to either of them! Definitely, do yourself a favor and check this place out!
