“I have always been given the most excellent care from the acupuncturists and the reception staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and have answered all of my questions and concerns. After a few sessions I was able to see the benefits of the treatments and have noticed a huge improvement to my pain and sleep issues. Having spent several months going to physiotherapy before coming to Lotus Care, I very much appreciate the focus on addressing the body as a whole instead of just one problem at a time. “Dr. Hou really took all the time needed to patiently, respectfully, and with a touch of humour, listen to all my challenges. The he carefully thought about the best acupuncture treatment that would help me as much as possible. I feel absolutely SO much better and more relaxed even after one session.
