Enquired about leasing an office awhile back in this building. The leasing office showed me a space on Friday and promised to send me a rental agreement/quote by Saturday. They never did. On the following Monday, I was told they already settled on another tenent. I wouldn't deal with management that I simply couldn't trust.

This place is filled with medical professionals. There also is a pharmacy on the ground floor. Building has a paid lot access off Willow. Or you can access paid parking in the Holiday Inn across the street. Other alternatives exist too like walking about 10-15 minutes into the residential for free time limited parking. Also public transit is a good alternative.

Fairmont Medical Building has easy access to parking. Navigating the building is simple with a lot of directions posted. Overall it is a clean environment

This establishment offers comprehensive medical services and amenities, conveniently located on a prominent street in Vancouver. It features ample underground parking and is easily accessible by both train and bus, just a short walk from the Broadway City Hall metro station and steps away from a bus stop. Additionally, a pharmacy is available on the main level for added convenience.

Mezzanine Level (ML) is below the Parking Level (PL). Currently, the maximum occupancy of each elevator is limited to 2 persons. If you are waiting for a lift ride on the upper PL, all the elevators from the ML below are fully occupied with 2 passengers already even if they stop at PL. They could have put up a sign directing everyone to use the ascending elevators on the ML. And allow passengers to disembark on the PL when descending the building to get to their cars. I arrived at 8 am and the carpark was nearly 90% full then. By 8:30 am, the parking warden was walking around as tempers flared. When I realized that only a couple of the five elevators were working at half capacity, I had less than 10 minutes to reach the 8th floor. I took the stairs and miraculously arrived on time for my medical appointment.

This review is for the parking. This is impark lot 1344, surrounding the Fairmont medical building. It's $16.00 for a full day. The parking is very tight, and hard to maneuver a bigger vehicle. Also, it is out in the weather, not undercover. There is no e.v. charging here that I could find. I have never been in the building but the lobby looks very clean and pleasant from the outside.

Very disability-unfriendly building. This is a large 14-floor medical building but disability washrooms are only available on the ground, 6th and 9th floors (under lock and key). All other washrooms require a flight of stairs to reach them. A multi-millionaire dollar renovation just took place but nothing was done to improve disability access. In fact, the second floor was renovated in a way that no longer allows benches to be placed in front of the elevators - very important for those using canes. So it is actually now less disability friendly.

What a mess while the are under renovation. Elevator take for ever. Recently they added a parking attendant that basically block you from going into the building until she believed there is a free parking stall. There is no way you can back out or turn around to leave the building. I have to ask the parking attendant multiple times before she willing to open the gate so I can turn around to look of parking outside the building.

This is not a review of medical practitioners in the building but of the building itself. It has been under renovation now for months and months and it looks like little progress has been made. The front lobby is still a mess and the second floor parking mezzanine at the elevators is in complete disarray for many months. I have no idea what they're doing.
