“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I had been seeing my therapist through Limitless Wellness since 2023 and had built a strong therapeutic relationship over several years. Recently, I discovered that my therapist was no longer with the clinic—but not because the clinic informed me. I never received a phone call, email, or any other notification that my therapist had left or that my appointments had been cancelled. The only reason I found out was because I reached out to my therapist myself to ask whether we had another appointment booked. If I hadn't contacted her, I honestly don't know when or how I would have found out. My issue is not that therapists move on to other opportunities. That happens, and I completely respect that. My concern is how clients were handled during this transition. Ending a long-term therapeutic relationship without notifying the client, providing guidance, or offering any closure is incredibly disappointing. Mental health care is built on trust and continuity. Clients invest years building a relationship with their therapist, and they deserve to be treated with respect and kept informed when significant changes affect their care. Based on my experience, the lack of communication from the clinic was unacceptable, and I hope they improve their processes so future clients are not left in the same position.”
