“I’ve been going to Lead Pilates since their OG location on 8th Street. Attending lots of Pilates and other type classes. I also go to Lead for their massages - typically I just booked with whomever has an appointment the day I want to go as I don’t book in advance. BUT yesterday, I had a massage with Tia Penner - and dare I say this was the best massage I’ve ever had in my entire life. I left feeling rested and relaxed. The whole experience Tia made me feel comfortable and I personally felt she went the extra mile to make sure I felt relaxed with a warm towel over top of my eyes, etc. Thank you Tia and Lead Pilates for being a great place to relax and unwind.”Read moreShow less

Michelle was incredibly attentive, noted my preference for soft music from my file, and kept the volume just right. Her technique was soothing, precise, and genuinely relaxing. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and pre-warmed, with cotton flannel sheets that made the experience even more cozy.
