“Good gym. Great cleaning crew. Like all gyms the trainers are very clique and they drop the ball on hygiene. The in-house and visiting trainers have the opportunity to lead by example of cleanliness. They absolutely do not wipe the machines down after use. There's no shortage of cleaning stations. The cleaning crew can only do so much to keep the gym proper. The machines are regularly maintained and serviced. The recent renovations expansion is very welcomed as this place gets busy. Wish they would rent out permanent lockers for winter. Shout out to the morning crew. You're inspiring.”

“Have been training with Guillaume Gages for 5 years now . He started off coaching me 3 days a week and then we progressed to 4 days a week and now at 5 days a week . Through Guillaume’s guidance and coaching I have become so much stronger over the years . He is also a calm , rational thinker and has an amazing energy around him .”

“Why are you removing all the reviews? Your gym has allowed a Nazi to attend and intimidate clientele and you have attempted for months not to do anything, now you’re trying to cover up and save face. Damage control is not morality. Gym du plateau not only lies, but also tolerates Nazis until public pressure becomes too much. Avoid this gym and gym st Henri owned by the same person. spread the word”

“Great boutique gym with an awesome vibe — it feels like a big, stylish loft filled with quality gym equipment. I know the owner, George, and he’s an amazing guy, always friendly and welcoming. Really happy he convinced me to drop by and try it out. Easy place to feel comfortable training. Highly recommend if you’re in the Plateau.”

“One of the best I've ever been to. Super clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, the staff is very friendly, and the owner is always there and attentive. Super safe, they're very serious, kind, respectful, and have a family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend them.”
