Your appointment has been specifically reserved for you. In courtesy to your therapist and fellow patients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
Please complete the massage and chiropractic intake forms sent to your email prior to your first visit.
The interior doors to the clinic are locked after 5:30 PM. Please wait outside the clinic, and your practitioner will come out to meet you at the start of your scheduled appointment.

“I wrote of paying for an assessment. You reply about an "initial visit." More doubletalk. And the price advertised along with the similarity of treatment names, Shockwave vs Softwave is willful misrepresentation. I would never use your services.”
