I’ve been seeing Soodeh for pelvic floor therapy, and she has made such a positive difference for me. I’m really grateful for her care and expertise. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for support in this area.

Beth (Owner) and Pelvic floor Physiotherapist has been amazing ever since I met her. I was referred to KW Pelvic Health by my Naturopath, after years of uncomfortable symptoms, and didn't know much about pelvic floor. Within 3 treatments, my symptoms were gone. I've continued to see her every 6 weeks, along with recommended exercises. I also now live in Paris, a 50 min drive away and have tried 4 closer pelvic physiotherapists and no one treated the best and as well as Beth, so she's worth the 50 min drive, believe me. Her staff are lovely to deal with as well and very attentive to apt needs. 5 stars for KW pelvic Health, highly recommend!! I will miss them when I move to Alberta soon :)

Not accommodating any request . Being a new mom , with this weather and struggling with pain can cause some delay . I have them multiple options such as let’s start now and may be you can reach to your next client to come 10 min late , or I can wait till you finish next client as you have next session free or we can do some assessment now and remaining assessment after your next client But no all things are no Only thing was let’s do assessment it will be only for half an hour and you need to come again to complete No consideration. Treating people as payment client instead of patient or human

I saw Stacy for a postpartum assessment and maintenance plan. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She was very good at explaining her process and how the mechanics of the pelvic floor work. Thanks, Stacy!

Helena is an absolute professional! She is so knowledgeable and shared really helpful tips and resources during the appointment and as follow-ups. And, she’s super friendly and made the appointment a breeze. I highly recommend her services to all expecting moms!

I’ve experienced little challenges with my pelvic floor since my children were born and I’ve managed them fairly well, for the most part. There have definitely been many times when I had to run to the bathroom suddenly if I had to jump or do certain exercises. Things became drastically worse when I had a heavy chest cold and severe cough this past December. I did a lot of damage and couldn’t even walk down the street (even after emptying my bladder) without having an accident every time I coughed or had any kind of stress. I’ve learned so much about my pelvic health and how to coordinate my breath with my pelvic floor muscles. Stacey has helped me to learn how to relax tight muscles and to strengthen my muscles and to incorporate everything I’ve learned into my regular daily activities. In a few months, after the realization that I needed help, I’m back to being strong and active without worry and have habits that continue to become more and more normal and that I’ll keep doing the rest of my life. Thank you Stacey. I’m so glad that KW Pelvic Health was there for me.

Helena has been a great help with strengthening my pelvic floor and education around prenatal care. Always lovely and present during our sessions.

Helena is so nice and has helped me a lot in my pregnancy and postpartum chapters. My OB who helped deliver my baby said that working on my Pelvic muscles helped me not tear as much during birth and I’m thankful Helena could help me with that as I was petrified. Helena is someone I trust and know she is there to help me. Thank you for everything !
