I have been called on a few occasions to be given an appointment due to short notice cancelations. On every occasion, I have been warmly welcomed by reception. Each therapist that I have had a treatment by have been clear in history taking, instructions on the process, including obtaining my consent. The therapists are knowledgeable and professional in the delivery of the treatment. I highly recommend this college.

Acupuncture is beautiful medicine, and I’m grateful for the path it led me toward. Unfortunately, my experience at KCC over the past 3.5 years was disappointing in terms of organization, professionalism, and overall educational standards. Many of the instructors and admin staff are genuinely kind people who work hard, and this review is not meant to personally criticize individuals. However, the program consistently lacked structure, communication, and the level of professionalism I expected from a healthcare education environment. After investing several years there, I personally would recommend prospective students explore other schools and training options before committing.

I have had several massages at the student clinic and have also started having acuptuncture treatments. Every visit has been positive and helpful. We are so lucky to have this school in Nelson.

I find the students unprofessional and immature. The massages are mediocre at best. I’ll stick to my regular masseuse even though it’s more expensive. I guess you have to pay the price for quality. I don’t recommend at all. I also know the school is poorly run.

It is amazing, I am admitted into the Kootenay Columbia College. The staff has been so wonderful, especially my contact person- Shagun Dua. She is my advisor, she is diligent, apt and very professional in discharging her duties as advisor. From the application stage up until the full enrolment was done, she was all over there to assist and guide me through. The College website and the online platform for distant student are interesting and users friendly. The College Registrar and the finance people are another wonderful set of staff. Kootenay columbia college is a great institution to attend. Shagun Dua attracted me to the college and I am not disappointed. Though, I did not know her and I have never seen her or recognise her, however, I am bold to give her 5 stars in my rating. She is a good representative and great ambassador of the college . Professional, the way she discharges her duties, the college would go high places among other institutions in Canada. Sunday

Professor Pushpinder sir is an exceptional educator who makes both engaging and accessible. His lectures are clear, well-structured, and filled with real-world examples that help connect complex concepts to practical applications. He’s incredibly approachable, always encouraging questions and providing thoughtful feedback during class hours. His assignments are challenging but fair, pushing students to grow while ensuring we understand the material. Pushpinder Sir’s passion for teaching and genuine care for his students make him one of the best professors I’ve had. Highly recommend his classes!

I’ve had many great massages here over the years. The students are careful and skilled and professional and always overseen by an instructor who visits during the session. Good value and a great way to support student learning.

The TCM program has been disappointing. Many of the classes feel like filler without substantial content—no books, no course outlines, and if there are documents, they are outdated and very disorganized. There is little practical value, making it seem like time is being passed rather than focused on productive learning. Unfortunately, I don't find it beneficial to study here and wouldn't recommend the program.

I would give this college a ZERO if I could. It is my observation that the Digital Business Management students have been victims of academic fraud. We signed contracts for 940 hours of education and are missing around 400 hours. Most of the education provided was useless for a career in Digital Business and after almost 3 months of job search most of the class is still unemployed. Employers appear to know this was not a real education. Many of the instructors did not even know what they were talking about and just read power points. There was no hands on training to learn how to do digital business and most subjects taught have no real world value. They say that the Private Institution approves, yet I wrote many letters to this institution showing the fraud occurring and they did not want anything to do with this. The Minister of Higher Education will also not address the lack of education provided. I would be aware if you really want a career in Digital Business. This is not the school for learning any of that. I would be very aware that it is a scam and you will be very sorry that you wasted months of your life and are not hired-able or with any skills in this field. I have been to University and know what education is. This is other than a quality institution. It is a SCAM. This "college" Breached the Contract for 30 students, committed academic fraud and the Private Institution is in on it. Find another school if you want an education.
