Due to a high number of no-shows, we now require a valid credit card on file to book and hold your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed or held unless this information is provided.

A valid credit card is required to secure and confirm all couples massage bookings.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that all cancellations or changes to appointments must be made within a minimum of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service fee + GST. The client will be solely responsible for the no-show/cancellation fee (not the insurance provider).

Cancellations of appointments within 24 hours due to the clinic’s inability to process a direct billing request will be considered a violation of our cancellation policy and a fee equal to 50% of the service fee + GST will apply. Full Service fee will be charged for a second No Show or late cancellation.

Some insurance companies offer direct billing for osteopathic treatments, but coverage varies by provider and plan. Some plans do not reimburse for osteopathy. We strongly recommend confirming your coverage with your insurance provider before your appointment. If direct billing is unavailable, payment is due at the time of your visit, and a receipt will be provided for reimbursement if eligible.
