“We had a fantastic experience with Silvana! My 15 month old daughter usually takes time to warm up to new people, but she felt comfortable with her right away. The session was both informative and fun, and my daughter had an absolute blast! I was also very impressed by how clean and sanitary the space was. “We found Kids Physio Group Cambie online and decided to visit after having some questions and concerns following our baby’s birth. From the reception staff to the physiotherapist, everyone was incredibly caring, professional, and attentive. The clinic was very clean, and it was clear that they truly know their job well. We worked with Shirley, and she supported our baby’s development and strengthening. She patiently answered every question we had without ever making us feel uncomfortable or rushed. “We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Alyssa over the past 2+ years. My son is on the ASD spectrum, and from the very beginning Alyssa built an incredible connection with him. She is patient, professional, and truly understands how to support him in a way that makes him feel comfortable and encouraged. She always brings such a positive energy to each session and celebrates his progress, which means so much to us as parents. We’ve seen great improvements, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about her patients. The entire clinic team is also amazing, everyone is always friendly, organized, and on top of reminders and billing, which makes everything so smooth. “We had an incredible experience at Kids Physio Cambie, specifically with Shirley! She was amazing with our 7 week old baby working to resolve his preference to turn his head to one side and head asymmetry. “This was my child's initial appointment. Briana was super nice, especially to my child who is usually a bit more timid around new surroundings and people. But Briana was patient and smiling the whole appointment. Even though it was an initial appointment in the assessment room, there were some toys that kept my children occupied as Briana was explaining things to us parents.
