“Cannot recommend enough! Had a really bad case of sciatica and could not bend over properly or participate in regular activities with proper range of motion. Had the opportunity to visit Kayla at the Northside location and she walked me through the potential causes, solutions and next steps to combat the pain I was experiencing. After the massage, receiving aftercare instructions and even a wonderful follow-up conversation on a Sunday, I was 100% pain free. Haven’t had a flare up in the days proceeding while being active and on my feet supply teaching. KG Therapy is unreal and I will happily continue to support them in any way! “Update: Had a second appointment with Kayla this week and left so satisfied. I had been neglecting getting massages for years and so happy I found KG therapy! Bonus, they have a heated table! Had my first appointment with Sarah this past week and have nothing but great things to say about it! Sarah delivered! The communication from booking the appointment, to the reminders, to the service, and follow up we’re great! Kayla is an exceptional RMT, I personally have suffered from back pain both before, during and after my pregnancy and she has looked after me during it all. She has made a huge difference in the functionality of my day to day life by treating my back, neck and shoulders. Kayla takes great pride in her work and it shows.
