“I went to Key to Health for the Contrast Room and Red Light Therapy and had a wonderful experience! I was acquainted with the room, which was well equipped with a powerful sauna and great cold plunge tub. The red light therapy was a new experience for me and the receptionist made sure I was comfortable using it, explaining how long I should set it to and how to posture myself under the light. Overall, I had a great experience and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would certainly recommend the Contrast Room at Key to Health and I will definitely be returning. “I had a massage with Irina and a contrast therapy session after. My RMT Irina did a fantastic job. Following up the message with contrast therapy was extremely relaxing. Infrared sauna was pleasantly hotter than I expected it to get. Usual saunas don’t get beyond a certain temperature but this one was able to heat up very well. Cold plunge was set at 10 Celsius, which was perfectly cold enough for me but apparently it can be set to 2 degrees as well. Overall this place was spotless and the staff are superb.
