When I first came to see him, I was struggling with low energy (is this what being 55 means) and pointing to my midsection describing a sense of what I can only describe as being “stuck” in that area of my body. Ivan took the time to really listen and asked thoughtful questions before beginning treatment to address what he identified as underlying causes of my symptoms. “I started seeing Ivan many years ago. He has always been able to help me. I have had multiple concussions and he treated those side effects successfully. He also helped me very much while I was postpartum. I was having lots of pain and swelling. “Ivan has been the greatest investment and asset toward my good health. He had a tremendous impact on the quick healing of a torn rotator cuff a few years back. Recently, I was given a prescription for an antacid and an appointment set with a gastroenterologist as I have been having issues with IBS and vomiting with heartburn. It was becoming unbearable. I recalled that Ivan had resolved my issue with my shoulder and booked an appointment. The results have been incredible. All my symptoms have resolved with only 6 appointments and by addressing the root issue of my health I have required no medications or surgery. “I read about osteopathic care, however I was reluctant to try it for quite some time - didn't know what to expect and if it would be helpful at all.  The allopathic doctors couldn't offer me anything that would resolve the health issues I was dealing with, so I was seeking help from alternative doctors/practitioners. And the naturopath, who I was seeing at the time, highly recommended Ivan Duben.  Long story short, after just three sessions with Ivan those pretty bad and frequent heart palpitations that I had (the result of anxiety and panic attacks) were gone. I'd say that my health was in "free fall" before that and osteopathic treatment helped to stop it.  Of course, it's all individual, but for me Ivan was the only practitioner who made a real difference.  I'll be forever grateful.”
