“I’ve had a wonderful experience at Innova Integrated Wellness Centre. I’ve been receiving chiropractic, acupuncture, Naturopathic, and osteopathic treatments, and the care has truly been holistic and personalized. What I appreciate most is how Dr. Lisa and her team look at the root cause rather than just treating symptoms. The combination of therapies has been incredibly effective in helping me manage inflammation-related pain in my fingers, and I’ve also seen noticeable improvement in the healing of my ankle. “Dr. Lisa has been absolutely fantastic. She takes the time to really understand what’s going on and is incredibly thorough in getting to the root cause of the issue rather than just treating symptoms. After completely tearing my ACL playing basketball, I’ve had a constant tight and sore left hamstring that never seemed to fully improve. Thanks to Dr. Lisa’s comprehensive approach, including targeted adjustments and soft tissue work, my hamstring has improved significantly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and puts a lot of effort into helping them recover properly. “I met Lisa many years ago at a trade show. She has helped me through so many aches and pains. I whole heartedly trust her when my back flares up. It is also extremely helpful that she is so sweet. “I started seeing Dr Lisa late in 2022 for treatment of a severe TMJ. I could barely open my jaw and there was significant clicking. Dr Lisa did chiro on my jaw and within weeks her magic fingers restored the range of motion in my jaw. Dr Lisa continued to treat me but also included acupuncture to my treatment plan. As an added bonus my face got contouring as well. I continue to see Dr Lisa to maintain my restored range of motion. Every member of my family has received treatment at Innova for chiropractic, acupuncture, orthopedics, osteo or light therapy. I encourage anyone in pain to try out the services offered at Innova. “Dr. Lisa is the most caring and understanding medical practitioner I've ever met. She really takes the time to listen to you and get to the source of your pain/problem, and then gives practical solutions towards recovery. I had a very severe case of sciatica after falling down the stairs, and no medication or physiotherapy was helping me recover until I saw Dr. Lisa and she suggested to try acupuncture since nothing else worked. “It gives me great pleasure to write this review about Dr. Lisa Ramsackal (my Chriopractor) and Asmita (my Physiotherapist). Initially, I contacted this clinic via telephone in March 2025 with a concern regarding pain in my feet. Dr. Ramsackal was extremely pleasent to speak with. She addressed my concerns by telephone at the level of someone who possess outstanding customer service skills. She must have spent 15 minutes discussing my concerns. I could "feel" the sincerity within her to treat my feet pain at her clinic. I booked an appointment with the clinic the following week. Dr. Ramsackal was forthright from the beginning about the treatment process and the necessary medical equipment needed for a full recovery (i.e. orthotics, and compression socks). While presently undergoing chiropractic care, I concurrently am seeking physiotherapy care with Asmita. I can testify that Asmita is an amazing physiotherapist with outstanding skills to treat my pain. After only 2 weeks of theraputic exercieses prescribed by Asmita, I observed a significant reduction in the intensity of feet pain. To this present day, I visit Asmita bi-weekly for ongoing maintenance and preventative care (to mitigate the risk of symptom recurrence). I harbor a steadfast stance with my testimony about Innova Integrated Wellness Centre. I foster a strong supposition that anyone who attends this clinic for any pain will be looked after well.
