“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I had a one-hour massage booked for 12:30 p.m. and arrived at 12:20 p.m. out of respect for the clinic’s policies and the RMT’s time. Despite that, I sat in the waiting room until approximately 12:55 p.m. before anyone came to get me. By the time I was brought into the treatment room, I explained that I couldn’t stay because I have both an infant and a toddler at home. As a breastfeeding mom, my schedule is not flexible, and I had arranged childcare specifically so I could attend this appointment. Waiting more than 30 minutes past my appointment time meant I no longer had enough time to receive the treatment and get home when I needed to. The therapist, who is also the owner of the clinic, apologized and explained that the front desk was supposed to notify her that I had arrived but didn’t, and that she had lost track of time. While I appreciate the apology, this explanation doesn’t change the fact that my time was not respected. If I had arrived 25 to 30 minutes late for my appointment, I would have expected it to be cancelled or shortened, so I find it disappointing that the same consideration wasn’t extended to me. I declined the offer to rebook because, after taking time away from my family, arranging childcare, and planning my day around this appointment, I left without receiving any treatment at all. This was my first experience with this clinic, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I hope the clinic reviews its scheduling and communication procedures so future clients don’t have the same experience. Time away from work, family, or caregiving responsibilities is valuable, and for someone who is freshly postpartum, arranging childcare and taking time for self-care can take a great deal of effort & planning. It’s disappointing that those efforts weren’t respected.”

“Natalie is hands down the most thorough and intuitive acupuncturist I have ever had the privilege to work with. Every other acupuncturist I've worked with leaves the room after placing needles, however Natalie continues working on another area in the meantime, is so thorough, and addresses the whole body. Dr. Haleigh is also so kind, welcoming and really works to understand what you're presenting with. She has worked miracles on my problem area in my left shoulder that every other practitioner only treated on the surface level. Dr. Haleigh is the only one who has gotten to the root of the issue and has worked wonders!”
