“Wow Wow Wow!! I had a 2h Somatic Bodywork and have now sent many of my friends to Heather. She was able to release old tension and energy that was residing in my body for many many years. Old emotions and behavior pattern that doesn't serve me anymore. The session was very comfortable and she made me feel safe. The first half was like a therapy session, talking about what brought me there and the intention for the session. Again, she made me feel safe to disclose all my personal and private issues. She really take the time to listen - really listen. The second half is when the bodywork begin. Once again, I felt safe, comfortable and understood when expressing my thoughts. She worked her magic!! :-) I feel like myself again and ready to start my life's lighter new chapter. It's been a few weeks and I still feel the transformation.
