“Leah took the time to build a program that helped me after being injured at work. She was encouraging, challenged me in the exercises she gave me, she listened and slowly built a program to help me. She listened to how I was feeling and what things I felt worked and didn't. She tailored my exercises to my injury and the feedback I gave her. “Thanks so much to Leah for getting me (60 yr old male) back to an active lifestyle! Had a very bad quad strain around my knee that took four months to recover from. “We had a really good experience with Ramneek! We drove across the city just to see her because we knew she is someone we can trust with her Physio expertise and client care. She went above and beyond to make our baby boy feel comfortable at her clinic - providing him with warmth and kindness, demonstrating the exercises we need to do with him at home as we are visual learners, and fostering a safe environment to feel welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend her to anyone out there looking for great care. “As soon as you walk in the door, Rachel is there to warmly welcome you. She is very knowledgeable and quick to processes insurance claims, answer any questions you may have and helps book future appointments. Ramneek is also amazing!!! Both my 8-year-old daughter and I see her. After a freak fall off a horse, she had me back up and walking quicker than I had anticipated. Along with her various training and experiences, she uses the most appropriate therapy needed, and provides “homework” to help with speedy recovery. She is very open to answering questions/concerns and explains different treatment option with your input in mind. “I had seen Ramneek at another clinic for treatment and followed her over to Incline. She is the best! She is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I will not waste my time going anywhere else for treatment because I know that after just a few sessions with her, I will feel better.
