“I saw Andrew. He was very helpful in identifying my shoulder issue and showed me some exercises to do. There was no handout, but he said he would follow up with an email. I have called twice but 3 days later still no email. I don’t know why this is taking so long.”

What I can say is that regardless of which one they were all very professional and they had consistent notes about my condition. I had some nerve issues and a sore back. “I recently visited Impulse for a Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), and my experience was disappointing. I received a reminder two days before my appointment. However, my appointment was on December 31, a busy day, and I completely forgot about it—my mistake. The issue arose with the staff's behavior. The receptionist called me more than 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to ask if I could still come. I told her it would take me at least 15 minutes to get there and asked if the session could be extended. She vaguely implied they might accommodate it, so I rushed over. When I arrived, I made it clear I wasn’t expecting extra time but asked the therapist if they could extend the session since there were only 10 minutes left. The therapist refused, stating she had another appointment in five minutes, which I understood. What upset me, however, was the way the situation was handled after the session. The therapist came to the cashier area and sat there, watching me pay $136 for just 10 minutes of service without any acknowledgment or apology for the situation. This experience felt impersonal and unprofessional. While I accept responsibility for forgetting the appointment, a bit more understanding and courtesy from the staff would have made a big difference. Just want to mention that I was a regular patient to the center. Now will never go back again.”
