The service is consistently exceptional, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel cared for from the moment you walk in. My facial with Tania was an absolute standout — a true 5‑star treatment. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive. You can tell she holds a strong professional background; it really shows in the way she explains everything and customizes the treatment to your skin. I always leave feeling refreshed, glowing, and completely relaxed. Highly recommend this place, and especially Tania, if you’re looking for top‑tier care. “I had my first visit today for a head massage, and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing — exactly what I needed. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, and they paid great attention to detail. I left feeling refreshed, stress-free, and already looking forward to my next visit. “Today was my fourth visit, since August, to Imperial Retreat Head Spa, and somehow they keep finding new ways to make the experience feel magical. The entire team is unfailingly kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel cared for. Mia was phenomenal, but truly, every staff member I’ve encountered has been wonderful. Even the receptionists set the tone the moment you walk in: warm smiles, gracious welcomes, and that effortless hospitality that makes you exhale before the service even begins. This place is absolutely worth the visit. I’ve already committed to making it a monthly ritual because it’s that special. After four visits, I have only two small, heartfelt suggestions that I think could elevate an already exceptional experience. When booking the Emperor Head Spa + Facial package, it might be lovely to include (or offer) one facial step with a gentle gritty scrub. They already do so many beautiful, soothing steps, and the head spa itself is pure magic - but adding one contrasting texture could be such a delightful treat for those of us who enjoy that extra bit of exfoliation. And one tiny wish for the finishing area: adding a wand, flat iron, or curling iron to the self‑serve station would be a blessing. After the gorgeous blow‑dry, some guests might appreciate the option to add a quick curl or wave - especially since most of us don’t think to bring our own tools. Everything else…from the robes and slippers to the tea, the calming music, the essential oil options, and the yummy little snacks—is consistently wonderful. The chocolates used to be such a sweet touch too. Thank you again for creating such a beautiful space to unwind and pamper ourselves. “My best friend and I went to get a head spa done a month ago and we absolutely loved it. When you walk in, the hospitality of the staff is beyond great. They exchange your shoes with slippers and offer you drink and snacks. Then you’re guided by your respective staff who helps you with your belongings. I forgot the name of the lady who helped me, I believe she was either Mia or Naiomi. However, she was wonderful at giving my head massage. They were very careful with our head and our hair. My friend and I almost fell asleep during our treatment. After our treatment, they waited outside with water and snacks while we got dressed. Another thing I highly appreciated was how my person took extra care in drying my hair and made sure to take extra time doing it. The receptionist was super friendly as well! She gave us two $10 coupons before we left. I absolutely loved my experience. I will be going with another best friend of mine for a body massage in a few days. “The space was luxurious, clean, and cozy and the staff were so kind and attentive. The massage therapist focused on my tight shoulders, neck, and spine (hello, mom life + long work hours!) and it was pure heaven. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and so much happier. After my massage, I relaxed in their tea lounge with a warm cup of tea and some chocolate.
