“Our holistic doctor recommended going to the Salt Cave three times a week to help with chronic sinus inflammation, and let me tell you it actually works. My children always get sinus issues during the winter months and this has helped tremendously. We tried another location that was a "certified wellness centre'" closer to us and there was no comparison. NOT ALL SALT CAVES ARE MADE EQUALLY!!! When we visit this location within 10-15 minutes of being their everything starts draining and clearing up. We mouth taped when inside to ensure that we are only breathing from the nose (tip from our doctor). This place is worth the 1 hour drive. On top of being a very hight quality salt cave, the staff and owner are extremely accommodating and were very nice to our family. They also have a little 'kid-friendly zone' to keep your little once occupied while you enjoy the amazing benefits this treatments offers. It's funny how common this practice is in Europe and here in North America not enough people understand how supportive this can be for their health. Definitely will become a yearly protocol for our family, I'm just happy I found an amazing location to visit!”Read moreShow less

“A very warm welcome by our host Valarie as we came through the door. We started looking through the wares as the host was cashing out the last patrons. They have numerous lamps , salts and other health items. Our host took us into the cave and got us settled and informed us of the benefits of the salt. The cave was very intriguing and relaxing our 45 mins went so fast. Next up 45 mins of foot and hands therapy and once again Valerie explained the benefits and what to expect. The room was warm and comfortable. Once again the time went so fast but it was a very relaxing time. We will recommend it to our friends and family . “What an amazing experience, it was my first time visiting the salt cave, I loved it so much I booked the 3 hour detox.
