I have been having IV vitamin injections with Dr Spector. She has been amazing and I have seen an improvement in my vitality after the sessions. The staff here are very kind and helpful. My personal experience has been excellent.

Just called there to ask for Alexandra only to receive a very rude and snotty receptionist that feels more important then her title really is. This receptionist sounded like a bratty privledged teenager girl and had no idea what I was speaking about or even was making sense when she was asking me questions. Very unprofessional and would no recommend dealing with there services.

Dr. Picardo is amazing!! Extremely dedicated, kind and knowledgeable. I could not ask for a better ND to take care of my health!

My mother has known Dr. Alexandra probably for almost 10 years. When my daughter was 6 years old she started to feel severe pains in her belly, sometimes she would get nauseous and this started to affect her attendance at school. We tried a few treatments, but none of them were effective. After a few attempts, my mother referred me to the clinic and I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Andrea Picardo to evaluate my daughter's constipation. We were satisfied from the first consultation, she was able to prescribe the correct medicine and diet for my daughter. We've been following up for almost 2 years and I highly recommend Dr. Andrea!

I have been seeing Dr Al Vieira and couldn’t speak more highly of him. He is very knowledgeable, and also treats patients with genuine care and empathy. He goes above and beyond to support, and it’s clear that he is truly invested in his client’s health and wellbeing. I feel very fortunate to be able to work with him.

Walked in this place for the first time today not knowing what it was about. The person at the counter was on the computer and barely looked up. Didn't bother to ask me if they could help me with anything or if I'm aware of their services. I even said 'oh what a lovely place, but needs some background music.' Still no comment from the person at the counter. Yikes. Nice looking store/place cause I still don't know what it is or what services they offer because the person at the counter wasn't interested in talking. Basically zero customer service. You loose an opportunity to gain a customer/patient when you don't don't interact with people. Just saying.

Two friends recommended this place to me, and Alexandra as a naturopath years ago, and I've never been disappointed. Alex is an excellent naturopath, and the best listener. She will also suggest remedies that are within your budget. Her (what I know as "dry needling") skills are beyond compare. I have also attended the drop-in accupuncture clinics, with amazing results. Currently Al Vieira is the practitioner there, he is also a patient listener, very intuitive, and dedicated to getting the best results. I would highly recommend him, Alex, and Hillcrest Centre for Health. Additionally, all the front line staff are caring, friendly, polite, professional and multilingual.

Lovely doctor. It was my first experience going to a naturopath. I learned a lot. My daughter, my son and I went to the naturopath doctor for different issues, acne and eczema. I was hoping that by this route would work out for us but it proved to be unsuccessful and very costly in the long run. I was purchasing supplements from the USA to avoid paying the high cost of the natural supplements. Unfortunately, they did not work for us. Visitation fees keep changing as well. In the end, we were all able to get treated through a female dermatologist in Mississauga within 2 visits that was covered by OHIP. My eczema is gone and so is my daughter's acne. As for my son he's going to another naturopath.

Dr Hurtado is lovely and listened to my concerns, and projected full confidence in the treatment plan which made me very hopeful. unfortunately the treatment route didn’t work for me(migraines) and made things a bit worse and the cost was quite a bit so I didn’t return. Perhaps it’s due to covid/low staffing but the communication was often slow. I would suggest to Always call in, and keep calling if you have to. emails take really long to respond and sometimes are not responded to.
