“I initially booked an appointment with Yi after injuring my lower back at the gym. Prior to my appointment, I was unable to walk properly or sit for a long period of time without feeling pain. Having never done acupuncture before, I was a bit hesitant as I have a fear of needles. Yi was exceptional in explaining the whole procedure and pinpointed areas that I didn't know were strained. After my first visit I was able to walk again with minimal pain, and was able to move around comfortably. Would highly recommend Hillcrest Acupuncture to anyone!”
