“Dr. Chapin is amazing! He genuinely cares about his patients and is very encouraging and knowledgeable. Every visit he does an assessment, provides personalized treatment and creates a detailed treatment plan to help you with recovery including exercises to do at home and other services. He explains everything with detail and takes the time to answers all your questions. His care has helped me so much with my recovery. The clinic is also very nice and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Alex, the massage therapist is also great. “Words cannot possibly describe how extraordinary Dr. Chapin has been for my family. I reached out to Dr. Chapin in early February on a personal level, given that a family member was diagnosed with a rare, painful and debilitating medical condition. Prior to this, no general medical practitioner/specialist was able to support us nor put my family member on a path to understanding and healing. We were put in a position where we were lost and scrambling, trying to sort things out on our own without any medical expertise – and then came Dr. Chapin. A true gift when we needed it the most. Prior to our first appointment with Dr. Chapin, we felt overwhelmed and uncertain as to what recovery could look like. All of this changed following the first appointment with Dr. Chapin and for the first time, we felt hopeful and reassured. Several appointments later, it is clear that seeing Dr. Chapin was the best medical intervention we could have ever hoped for. Dr. Chapin is by far the most knowledgeable expert in his field. He is simply genius and understands the body and connectivity throughout the body like no one else, both physical and psychological. His holistic approach and incredible expertise, combined with his incredible patience, steadiness, kindness, teamwork and sense of humour, has resulted in progress on multiple levels. Dr. Chapin encourages questions and answers every single question with honesty and details that we can understand, and, as a result, increases our understanding and confidence. Dr. Chapin is also incredibly thoughtful. He is the best coach, so very positive and encouraging, with an amazing sense of humour as well as a high degree of empathy. He celebrates all wins with us, whether large or small, and provides reassurance at every step along the way, helping to increase confidence and bind body and mind in the most positive way. Lastly, Dr. Chapin is also very methodical. He listens and observes intently, analyzes, and is a master problem solver. Simply put, he truly cares. When someone like Dr. Chapin helps a family member in this way, it is next level, so meaningful, and will never be forgotten. We feel beyond blessed and forever thankful that we have been able to connect with Dr. Chapin. There is no doubt that Dr. Chapin has been instrumental in terms of the path to recovery. Without him, we honestly don’t know where we would be right now in this journey. Dr. Chapin also recently recommended massage therapy as part of the overall treatment plan and with this, Alex has been exceptional, as always. “Dr Dwight Chapin and his staff are very friendly,and they pay attention to every detail. Upon the first assessment your movements are analyzed,and explained in detail of whats going on with your body, and a custom game plan is initiated. “I started seeing Dr. Chapin to resolve some SI joint pain on my left hip area. I've probably had this issue for years and was recommended to come here by my physiotherapist recently to complement the treatment. I can say that after the first treatment my pain and numbness has gone away, and after a few more treatments my range of movement has increased better than normal! Dr. Chapin has a great ability to explain the bone/muscle interconnections so I can understand how the area is affecting others and it helps me decide which workouts or modifications might be needed. “There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this centre treats people. They have the best caregivers and staff who take the time to get to know you and treat you. Well, worth the money even if you don’t have an insurance. That would be the only thing that we would like the centre to consider. Adjusting prices for people without insurance. Our dentist does it and we are very grateful for that. Otherwise, we are very appreciative of what the centre is done for both me and my wife and will continue to go as long as we need to.”Read moreShow less

“The center is modern architecture. Parking in front of the building. Laid out on 90 degree angle, the #chiropractor is on the first corner when you turn into the plaza. Do not drive all the way to the back.”
