“I can’t recommend Azadeh enough! She now treats not only me, but also my husband, mother, sister, and brother—and I’ve referred countless others to her because of the incredible care she provides. When I first met Azadeh, my doctor had already referred me to a rheumatologist after my blood labs showed concerns. The specialist predicted I would likely need treatment within the year. At that time, my joints were sore, inflamed, and cracking. I asked Azadeh to help me address the root of the issue, and within a year of her treatments, all of my symptoms were gone. At my follow-up, the rheumatologist told me there was no need to return unless symptoms came back. Azadeh is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. “Not everyone's circumstances allow them a health card. I've been to this facility quite a few times and I can tell you, if you have a health card, to them you are elite. If you don't, then they're dismissive and quite frankly do not care. I understand the wait time as no health card means waiting until the doctor has seen the "elite" and can now see you. Today I am here after speaking to them yesterday - the receptionist having indicated that I should show up at 1:40 pm to do a follow up visit from last week to review my test results. The receptionist has no record of my appointment and proceeds to question me in a manner that indicates that I must be delusional. Maybe I called Heartland Medical on Mars and got an appointment? Then proceeds to further embarrass me by saying I don't have a health card so I couldn't have gotten an appointment. She asks me to have a seat and wait, then calls me back because it seems I forgot to give her my name. What did she use to check my appointment in the first place? And yes, I gave her my name in the first instance. She did not pay attention as she was too busy throwing her coworker under the bus.”Read moreShow less
