“Went to this clinic for a foot assessment due to ongoing pain. During the appointment, molds (casts) were made of feet for custom orthotic insoles, which we were told would help with symptoms. It has now been nine months, and we have never received the orthotics or any updates about them. I called the clinic to follow up and received an apology, but no one contacted me afterward, and nothing was done to resolve the issue. The staff seemed helpful during the initial appointment, but the lack of follow-up, communication, and accountability has been very disappointing. After waiting this long without answers or results, I cannot recommend this clinic based on our experience.”

“Healthy Feet is an amazing clinic. My Mother has been having her feet taken care of for many years, she is 95 years old. Mother has been to many Chiropody Clinics. She states the medical persons in this clinic, have given her the best treatments. She is very happy we found this clinic. There is ample parking. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I also attend the clinic, and are very satisfied with our treatments. A definite 10 out of 10 ☺️”

“This was my first visit, I definitely will be back. My consultation with Shawn was thorough and he was able to resolve my concerns on the same visit. I’m impressed how patient and detailed oriented Shawn was, he took his time even to show me some exercises that would help me. Oh, and the consultation fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.”

Shawn went out of his way to make sure that the experience of replacing or getting new orthotics is easy . Even help tweaked my older orthotics for me!
