“After shoulder surgery (reattachment of rotator cuff), I had weekly sessions with Tanner Gawley. He took me through a progression of exercises that greatly improved my shoulder function. Tanner was patient, informative and able to provide effective treatment for my rehabilitation needs. My shoulder now has full recovery, and I am able to kayak, swim, and do all of my household chores without any pain or inhibitions. “Tanner was kind and professional. He gave me exercises that allowed to me to keep a solid level of activity while I healed my injured foot. I didn’t feel like there was a lot of restriction in his method, it felt more like modifying my sports and workouts to allow healing time. I would recommend weekend warriors like myself seek out Tanner at Healthwise. I trust him to help me heal my injuries. Unfortunately at my age and with a love of combat sports and triathlons. “I highly recommend this clinic. The clinic is clean, they direct bill with insurance, and everyone is always welcoming here. I have been seeing both Tanner Gawley for Physio and Nolan Prock (RMT) following a back injury. When I started here I could barely move, I was in constant pain and my day to life (working and parenting) were almost impossible. These two worked together to implement a recovery plan for me and I started noticing results very quickly. It was a huge advantage having them share information and approaches together and I feel this sped up my recovery considerably. Both Tanner and Nolan are kind, patient, listened to my concerns, and worked around my limitations each visit. I never felt like it was just their goal to keep me coming back and paying them for a long period of time (which I felt at past PT clinics), they regularly reduced my visit frequency as I improved and supported my recovery at home with new stretches and exercises.
