Whether you’re looking for individual counselling (children, teens or adults), relationship therapy, family counselling or parenting support, we offer flexible care tailored to your needs.

New Clients: Book a free 20-minute phone or video consultation to discuss your needs & find the right therapist for you.
Returning Clients: Book directly with your therapist through our online portal. If your therapist is no longer visible, please contact our admin team for assistance.

“I called to reschedule my first appointment and was extremely disappointed by how I was treated. I was told I was outside the 48-hour cancellation window because it was past the hour of my appointment time—something that was not clearly stated in the email communication. When I explained I had a medical appointment that took priority, the receptionist dismissed my reason and told me it wasn’t valid since it wasn’t an emergency. That was completely inappropriate. It’s not her place to decide what is a priority in my life, and I shouldn’t have to justify my personal or medical needs to reschedule. The tone and approach were unprofessional and lacked empathy. Then she had the audacity to call me back to advise she spoke with a manager, and the cancelation fee will be waived for this time. After I had already made it clear, I was not attending, and neither will I be paying a cancelation fee. If clients are to cancel 48 hours on the hour , it needs to be enforced within ALL communication. As there are plenty places of businesses that acknowledge 48 hours; once you cancel two days before, and not on the hour. I hope better training is provided on how to interact with clients respectfully without judgment and how to use discretion.”Read moreShow less
