“I’m leaving this review as a serious warning to anyone looking for therapy services here. While my initial consultation was actually good, everything after that was a disaster. I was told they offer direct billing, which turned out to be false. When I followed up, instead of resolving the issue, the owner called just to apologize and told me to go elsewhere. No effort to fix it. No responsibility. No care. I was going through a rough time, dealing with depression and other major issues and needed real support not to be dismissed and told to find help somewhere else. The front office staff and the owner are a disgrace. They offered a fake apology with no intention of making things right. If you're going to apologize, at least show some professionalism and compassion especially in mental health care. If you’re expecting reliable service or direct billing, stay far away. This clinic is not trustworthy, and their lack of care can do more harm than good. You’ve been warned.”Read moreShow less
