“Sept 29 2025, 1st visit for limited ROM of knee following non surgical tibia break near the knee. Alex was able to improve my ROM of that knee with minimal discomfort. I was very happy with her work and the set up they have is great no stairs to get into. For those still using crutches and they have large parking area. I believe this is the begining of a wonderful experience getting me on both feet again and walking. They have the equipment needed to progress you forward along with tens and ice pack post treatment which was really a nice surprise as I did not expect that but it made a world of difference for limiting pain control. I have booked my next apt. Highly recommend. Hello it’s Nov 17 2025 I have seen Alex since Sept now she has taken me very gently from 78 to now 116 % which is huge . goal is at least 120 plus I can now pedal the bike and balance short time on both feet . Pulling pants on getting in and out of shower tub. Know the process is not pain free and you need ice heat tens machines to help you get through this so far 4 month ordeal. ❤️😀 Jan 82026 update I’m still rehabbing with Alex I no longer require my crutches since week before Christmas. She is working with me to improve my gait as I walk like an old women right now but in 2 weeks she has given me exercise to work on very helpful and continues to work on secondary issues from hoping on the other leg. Review for Nicole physio therapist who specializes on TMJ I started to see her Oct 27 2025 as a result of my pain from broken leg it has made my TMJ flare up limiting how wide I can open my mouth , ear aches jaw pain at ear and headache and neck pain . Also pain and difficulty chewing food . It had been 2023 since I had my jaw surgery and want to avoid getting that bad again if possible. Nicole has worked on me with massage and two apt with the IMS which helped but as my muscles relaxed I also found the procedure not as good for me but Nicole was able to use other techniques to work on me . I know the IMS ( needles ) helped but when I’ve had a lot of pain I can’t always tolerate any more. Yesterday I had a full on episode when I went to see Nicole ,I had headache for two days and neck pain. I was there for 30 min when I left I was more comfortable but half way home it was gone I felt good neck and head pain was gone. For anyone with TMJ it’s a ongoing debilitating condition so I expect I will be seeing Nicole at least once a month if I get to a good place to I can avoid the headaches for days ,nausea ,inability to chew good foods. Highly recommend very professional .Talks you thru what she wants to try on you allowing you to control if you’re up for certain techniques that can help you. 😀”Read moreShow less
