Been here for a couple issues now. Nothing but professionals from the time you step in the door. This time was knee bursitis and my man Kevin took care of me. Top notch. My only advice is to not skip leg day!

My initial visit with Sahdeep was excellent. He is very thorough and explains everything very well. I left with a set of exercises clearly printed and also a video for each exercise. Very impressive! I would highly recommend GRSM.

This is the first physio clinic I’ve worked with that was actually effective. The last few times I tried physio they just hooked me up to a TENS machine and handed me a PDF. This year I had a shoulder injury that I couldn’t rehabilitate and my friend Ethan suggested I try Grand River and Sahdeep. Sahdeep approached things differently. He focused on the surrounding muscles that were too weak to support the activities I was doing and emphasized quality of movement over temporary pain relief. His protocol started easy and gradually increased intensity until I regained the mobility I had lost. Over the course of our time together he always stressed that activating certain muscles is more important than the resistance applied. He made me leave my ego at the door and think about strength training differently. I’m happy to say that I’ve returned to sport, have no pain on my shoulder, more mobility than before I was injured, and I’ve actually set some lifetime PRs in the gym recently as a direct result of strengthening the muscles he wanted me to focus on. Big thanks to Sahdeep for all the work he put in, and Ethan for referring me. You guys restored my faith in physiotherapy.

My first experience was great. She was able to ease my concerns about the issues i was having. The exercises I was given were easy to continue doing at home and have helped my issue.

Have been going on and off for years, the staff are always so nice and welcoming.. Sue is fantastic and doesn’t miss a beat.. Dr Hall is always very friendly and supportive, and I just met Sahdeep today for physio and he really listened to me, and tailored treatment to my needs, have seen other therapists in the Cambridge location and all of them were very helpful.. love it there, very comfortable!

Caitlyn Goodfellow is a highly skilled clinician and excellent educator! The session with her regarding pelvic physiotherapy not only greatly increased my knowledge base but also provided me with confidence to manage my pelvic and overall health as I progress through menopause. Caitlyn’s physiotherapy practice is strongly research/evidence based and her approach is very client-centered as demonstrated by her passion to impart knowledge and create partnerships with her clients, which is greatly appreciated!
