Please contact the office if you are an existing patient with a new ICBC claim, or are a new patient with an ICBC claim number (within 12 weeks of MVA). Not all practitioners bill to ICBC and additional time and paperwork may be required.
Our Massage Therapists do not bill to WSBC so all visits must be paid in full at time of service and submitted to WSBC for reimbursement.
Unfortunately we are not taking any new Naturopathic patients at this time.

“After 3 treatments, I am happy with the progress I have made with Shane. From someone who has extensive damage to my spine he is thoughtful, treats my body with respect, and errs on the side of caution. He listens to my input and formulates an appropriate response. I can see the fear in his eyes because my body is so beat up and brittle, but today's session definitely started to take the load off the problem area. “Dr Gathercole the “ best “ chiropractor I have ever been to. Always honest in looking after the client and the proof in the results . I recently drove from Alberta on a specific trip for him to help my pain after encountering a not great experience in Red Deer . “I have been seeing Shane since I arrived in Kamloops back in 2004. He looks after me, my wife and 2 kids. All I can say is Dr. Gathercole is by far the best chiropractor I have ever seen.
